Anywayssss what I really want to blog abt is work!! Hahaha so many things happened Lol.

Well,I couldn't say that this work experience has made me grow up a lot or not.
It's not exactly left for me to judge.
But I believe there's a lesson or two to be learnt and these lessons,I believe, apply to anyone n everyone in their lives.


Humility, I've come to realise, is one of the key to Humanity.
Lols. Put it this way, I have always 无视 waitresses n waiters in restaurants.
Eh, but how many of u actually take notice of those ppl unless one of them is a really shuai/chio one?

Only till this day have I found a new sense of respect to all the people of the working world including the service industry.
&i naively thought tt waiters just carry plates n take orders.
Even carrying hot n heavy soup bowls are not easy.
And taking orders proves to be a challenge to any first timers too!
So pls do not feel superior just because u can afford to dine in some expensive restaurant(which depends in my case).
I hate tt customer who act like he is the king or queen. He sounded like an ah BEng la.
Tsk.

besides this, one must have humility in the pursuit of aquiring new skills or knowledge. One must also have perserverence.
When freakyflower first scolded me on the first day of work, I was pissed but I knew if I really want to know how it is like in the 'real world' I have to ren.
Lols! When I complain to my mum in the car(which I do everyday when she drives me home), she would ask me to talk back to her or just threaten to quit. I didn't la, because I Mei Zhong & because I know u can't just Yi lai ur parents when u've stepped into the society. U can't just quit after u get scolded. Just because u r not in need to cash desperately, I believe it's an attitude towords ur job ba...lols!
Though sometimes I don't 乐业, I do try to 敬业all h

the other lesson I've sort of learnt( but more like strengtening my belief) is about the idea of servant leadership.
Yes I'm talking about freaking flower who scolds n doesn't do.
Lols. On the other hand I keep seeing bluetrain doing eveything, from helping me to clean the dirty things on the kitchenfloor w his barehands to helping out in mopping at night. Tsk to f.flower.

Example: the diff reactions when both of them happened to watch mr serving the hot soup.

F.flower: eh! How u carry this one?? U know how to carry a not? Huh?! Nobody teach u issit?*and so on*

bluetrain: (I srsly thought he was going to scold me) is it very 烫？ Must be very hot right? I saw ur whole hand piak onto the bowl. U should carry it like this*does a example*.

Tsk to f.flower.
But oh wells, I've come to realise tt u do need a person like f.flower ard no matter how much u detest it/her. It makes u working w super effieciency n u r always on u toes.
But still, I'm glad she's not the head supervisor hahahahah
